We Outgrew OurFirst Home.
Dr. Cameron Maynard opened Maynard Family Chiropractic in 2011at 91st & Memorial in Tulsa. The practice grew the only way a practice in this field should: patients got results, told their families, and kept coming back.
That growth carried the practice to its current, larger home on West Urbana Street in Broken Arrow, a building of native stacked stone and dark timber that matches how we practice: built on fundamentals, made to last.
Today the team spans corrective chiropractic, nutrition response testing, and advanced regenerative therapies like SoftWave, Shockwave, and spinal decompression. Most practices in Broken Arrow offer adjustments alone. We built something more complete.

Dr. Cameron Maynard has practiced in the Tulsa metro since 2011, building Maynard Family Chiropractic around a simple conviction: chase the cause, not the symptom.
Outside the clinic you will find him where Broken Arrow gathers: Rose District events, the local Wellness Crawl, the Tulsa Women’s Expo, and area home and garden shows. He serves as team doctor for FIT First Responders and performs sports physicals for local athletes.
