Dr. Maynard founded the practice in Tulsa in 2011 and moved it to its larger Broken Arrow home as it grew. His model has not changed: find the cause, correct it, and teach families how to keep it.

The Story

Dr. Maynard opened Maynard Family Chiropractic in 2011at 91st & Memorial in Tulsa with a conviction that has not moved since: pain is a signal, not the problem itself. Chase the cause and the symptom takes care of itself.
That conviction filled the schedule. The practice outgrew its first home and moved to the larger stone-and-timber building on West Urbana Street in Broken Arrow, where the team now serves practice members from newborns to patients in their 90s.
His clinical focus spans spinal correction, sports performance, and pediatric and prenatal care, delivered inside the 5 Essentials framework the practice teaches: mindset, chiropractic, nutrition, exercise, and minimizing toxins.
